Come meet and speak with Laura Pennock, CP, LLP and former President of the Utah Paralegal Association. Utah is the second State in the Nation to establish a license to practice law outside of a traditional law degree in designated practice areas and within a limited scope of service. With NH's kickoff of its own pilot program allowing limited legal services to be provided by certain paraprofessionals, this is a great opportunity to learn from someone who has been actively participating in the limited practice of law, learn what potential requirements there might be for paralegals, and to get a better understanding of what our own State is trying to accomplish with the pilot program.
